Target Audience: School Bus Inspectors

When: June 17th, 2024 OR June 18th, 2024.

Purpose: The completion of this one day course will certify you through the Oklahoma State Department of Education to inspect public school buses. Upon completion of this program, you will receive your Oklahoma State Department of Education School Bus Inspector Certification. You will need to keep the certificate as proof of your qualifications.

Participants should bring pencil/pen and paper. Students will be evaluated Pass/Fail on both the written test and the hands on inspection of a bus with known problems.

Criteria for Registration:

Each Applicant must complete the School Bus Inspector Trainer Application and email the application(s) to Instructor Ed Jolly. (Those who do not have an ASE certification much also submit the Federal Form to determine eligibility for admission).

Mr. Jolly will notify each applicant and OSAC as to whether or not he meets the mandated requirements.

Even though you are enrolled, you must be accepted by the instructor before attending the class.

Cost:

$175 for OSAC member districts

$250 for non-member districts
